Michael was extremely helpful and responded very quickly during every step of the process. We found our dream house at 4:30 pm on a holiday weekend. To avoid a bidding war, our real estate agent said we needed to make a clear offer within 72 hours with no mortgage contingency. My regular mortgage company doesn’t work on holiday weekends, but Michael’s response was “No problem” and he delivered. Our offer was accepted 72 hours later. We secured the entire mortgage loan through his bank, Presidential Bank. Michael has the authority and flexibility to get things done that other mortgage brokers cannot. I cannot recommend a mortgage banker any more highly than Michael.
