Bill is the author of "A Common Sense Approach to Mortgage Banking" and teaches a course in mortgage banking at Montgomery College. He has over 30 years of experience. Bill started in the real estate title business in 1977 as an abstractor at the county court house and parlayed this into a new position as a regional abstractor for Chicago Title and searched titles in dozens of local areas and the District of Columbia. In 1979, he became a licensed realtor and sold in excess of $50,000,000 of real estate through 1982.
In 1983, he began his mortgage banking career and became the #1 loan officer for Perpetual Mortgage Company, the largest lender in the area at the time. He was promoted to Vice President a year later and opened a branch in Greenbelt which he ran for 16 years.
He joined Presidential in 2000 and has been involved in billions of dollars of real estate transactions with a personal production in excess of $550,000,000.
As a native Washingtonian, Bill knows the area well. His philosophy of the mortgage business is simple, be honest, straight forward, and there is no substitute for experience.
