Having spent over 25 years as a dedicated Mortgage Production Manager, I am a driven and seasoned leader, who actively seeks opportunities to learn from those around me, fostering positive change in our professional environment.

My true passion lies in serving others and contributing to their career development. Devoted to coaching, supporting sales growth, and advocating for my team, I prioritize the establishment of strong industry relationships. I firmly believe in the transformative power of surrounding oneself with great individuals, practicing humility, kindness, and respect for others' visions and needs. With a commitment to going above and beyond to do the right thing, I am deeply dedicated to the success of those I work with.  

Complementing my professional journey, I hold a BA from George Mason University, adding an educational foundation to my wealth of practical experience.
