Troy is U.S Army veteran from Maryland. He's married with two wonderful children. Troy was recruited into the world of mortgage finance in 2002, where he quickly excelled and was promoted to management within a year of entering the business. His focus on leadership and mastering of both product and processes has earned him an officer position as a Vice President here at Presidential Bank.  When not assisting his clients, you'll usually find Troy working on his horse farm, playing ice hockey, or spending time with his family.
